We are committed to offering the highest standard of Iyengar Yoga teachings through its Spring/Summer Workshop Program. The schedule is designed to be of great benefit to students of all levels of experience, but with special emphasis on the continuing education of certified Iyengar Yoga teachers, many of them already trained by Henryk and seeking further education and refinement.

Workshops will also be offered for those with special needs, or teachers wishing to learn about how to best assist students with special needs.

Teachers of Iyengar yoga will have the opportunity to further develop their practice and deepen their knowledge not only with workshops conducted by Henryk Liskiewicz, one of the most senior teachers in Europe, but also attend workshops with guest teachers of the highest caliber from across the globe, including Manouso Manos, Stephanie Quirk and Rita Keller. These workshops will be taught in English with Polish translation.

Tamar Kelly and Henryk Liskiewicz will conduct retreats each May & June both within Poland as well as Greece, Portugal and Germany. These retreats will be specially tailored to students of all levels of ability and experience. August through April Tamar and Henryk teach in Sydney, Australia.
